EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 17, 2026
These Membership Terms (“Terms”) govern membership in FAST FRWD (“FAST FRWD”).
FAST FRWD is operated by Anderson Moggs, Inc. (“Anderson Moggs,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By purchasing a FAST FRWD membership, you are entering into an agreement with Anderson Moggs, Inc. and agreeing on behalf of your agency or organization (“Member”) to these Terms.
If you purchase membership on behalf of an agency or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to enter into this agreement on its behalf.
1. ABOUT FAST FRWD
FAST FRWD is a growth membership designed for independent agencies.
Membership provides access to a combination of growth expertise, tools, frameworks, diagnostics, intelligence, programming, opportunities and member benefits designed to help independent agencies grow and compete more effectively.
FAST FRWD is operated by Anderson Moggs, Inc. and draws upon expertise, intellectual property, services and resources from Team Uncommon and selected third-party partners.
2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
FAST FRWD is intended for independent agencies.
We reserve the right to determine whether an agency is eligible for membership and to decline or cancel a membership where we reasonably determine that an organization does not meet our membership criteria.
Membership belongs to the agency identified when joining FAST FRWD and may not be transferred to another organization without our written approval.
Unless otherwise agreed, separately branded agencies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sister companies or other businesses within a group require their own memberships.
3. THE FOUNDING 50
The FAST FRWD Founding 50 is limited to the first 50 qualifying independent agencies accepted as Founding Members.
Founding Member status recognizes an agency as one of the original FAST FRWD member agencies.
Founding Member status does not guarantee a fixed membership price for future membership periods.
4. MEMBERSHIP FEE AND INITIAL TERM
The FAST FRWD Founding Membership fee is $4,995 USD.
Membership fees are payable in full at the time of purchase.
For Founding Memberships purchased before January 1, 2027, the initial membership period begins January 1, 2027 and continues through December 31, 2027.
For memberships purchased on or after January 1, 2027, the initial membership period begins on the date of purchase and continues for 12 months from that date.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Anderson Moggs, in its sole discretion, agrees otherwise.
Purchasing a Founding Membership reserves one of the limited Founding 50 memberships and removes that membership from availability to another agency.
5. RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
Following the initial membership period, FAST FRWD membership may automatically renew for successive 12-month membership periods unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
The membership fee applicable to a future membership period may differ from the fee paid for the initial membership period.
We will provide advance notice of the applicable renewal fee and renewal date before charging a Member for a subsequent membership period.
Where automatic renewal is enabled and authorized, the Member authorizes Anderson Moggs and its payment provider to charge the payment method retained on file for the applicable annual membership fee unless the Member cancels renewal before the renewal date.
Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the applicable renewal date by contacting us at Howard@Uncommon.team or through any other cancellation method we make available.
Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal. It does not terminate the current paid membership period or entitle the Member to a refund for any portion of that period.
6. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
One FAST FRWD membership covers the named Member agency.
Employees of the Member agency may access membership resources made available on an agency-wide basis.
For live FAST FRWD sessions, including Growth Bench sessions and other live programming, up to three people from the Member agency may participate in each session, unless otherwise stated.
Different employees may attend different sessions depending on the subject matter and needs of the agency.
Membership access may not be shared with clients, contractors, external collaborators, affiliated companies or other organizations without our permission.
7. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
FAST FRWD membership may include access to benefits such as:

SIGNAL Self-Serve Growth Diagnostic
Team Uncommon Growth Frameworks, tools and resources
Independent Agency Growth Intelligence
Matchy profile and related opportunities
Member Intelligence
Guest experts and special programming
Member benefits, preferred rates and third-party partner offers
Preferred access to selected Team Uncommon services
Specific benefits, schedules, speakers, partners, formats and features may change as FAST FRWD develops.
We may add, modify, replace or discontinue individual benefits or elements of the membership from time to time.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to Members.
8. GROWTH BENCH AND LIVE PROGRAMMING
FAST FRWD live sessions are designed to provide Members with access to growth expertise, education, frameworks, perspectives and general guidance.
Growth Clinics may involve Members submitting real growth questions and challenges for discussion.
Participation in a group session does not constitute a private consulting engagement between a Member and Anderson Moggs, Team Uncommon or an individual Growth Bench member.
Where an agency requires confidential analysis, document review, implementation support or advice specific to its circumstances, separate consulting services may be available.
Schedules, session formats, topics and participating experts may change.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND MEMBER PRIVACY
FAST FRWD is designed to allow independent agencies to discuss meaningful business and growth challenges.
Members agree to respect the confidentiality of other Members.
Information clearly identified as confidential, or which a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given the circumstances, should not be shared outside the Member’s own organization without permission from the party that disclosed it.
Members should use appropriate judgment when sharing their own confidential, commercially sensitive, client or personal information in group environments.
Anderson Moggs cannot guarantee that information voluntarily disclosed in a group setting will remain confidential, and Members remain responsible for determining what information they choose to share.
10. CODE OF CONDUCT
Members and their representatives are expected to participate professionally and respectfully.
Members must not:
harass, threaten or abuse other Members, speakers, partners or FAST FRWD personnel;
deliberately disrupt sessions or interfere with other Members’ participation;
misrepresent their identity, agency or authority;
use FAST FRWD primarily to spam or indiscriminately solicit other Members;
share another Member’s confidential information without permission;
provide unauthorized access to FAST FRWD resources or programming; or
copy, distribute, resell or commercially exploit FAST FRWD materials except as expressly permitted.
Anderson Moggs reserves the right to restrict participation or terminate membership for serious or repeated violations of these standards.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all FAST FRWD and Team Uncommon frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, reports, presentations, recordings, written materials, diagnostic materials, content and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Membership grants the Member a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use membership materials internally for its own business purposes.
Members may use what they learn through FAST FRWD within their own agency.
Members may not reproduce, publish, distribute, license, sell, sublicense, teach, make commercially available or otherwise exploit FAST FRWD or Team Uncommon materials for third parties without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FAST FRWD or Team Uncommon intellectual property to a Member.
12. SIGNAL
Where SIGNAL is included in membership, the Member may receive access to the FAST FRWD/Team Uncommon self-serve growth diagnostic.
SIGNAL is intended to provide information, analysis and recommendations that may help an agency identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Its output is advisory and informational in nature. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice and does not guarantee any particular business result.
Membership includes access to the SIGNAL Self-Serve Growth Diagnostic up to twice per 12-month membership period per Member agency, unless otherwise stated.
More extensive diagnostic, consulting or implementation services may be offered separately.
13. MATCHY
FAST FRWD membership may include a Matchy agency profile and access to relevant Matchy opportunities or services.
Membership does not guarantee that a Member will be recommended to a brand, invited to a pitch, introduced to a prospective client or awarded business.
FAST FRWD membership does not purchase preferential treatment within Matchy.
Agency recommendations and matches are based on factors including suitability, capabilities and fit for the relevant opportunity.
Additional terms may apply to opportunities or engagements generated through Matchy.
14. THIRD-PARTY BENEFITS AND PARTNERS
FAST FRWD may negotiate or provide access to products, services, discounts, preferred rates or other benefits offered by third-party partners.
Third-party benefits are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party products and services are provided by the relevant third party, not Anderson Moggs, and may be subject to that provider’s own terms, policies and eligibility requirements.
Anderson Moggs is not responsible for the performance of third-party products or services.
15. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
FAST FRWD provides access to expertise, information, frameworks, tools, resources and opportunities intended to support agency growth.
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Anderson Moggs does not guarantee that membership will result in increased revenue, profitability, leads, pitches, clients, new-business wins, investment, valuation or any other specific commercial outcome.
Members remain responsible for their own business decisions and implementation.
16. SEPARATE TEAM UNCOMMON SERVICES
FAST FRWD membership is separate from Team Uncommon’s private consulting and leadership services.
Membership does not include bespoke consulting, implementation or ongoing management of an agency’s growth agenda unless expressly stated.
Members may separately purchase services including consultations, workshops, Growth Advisory, Growth Leadership or other Team Uncommon services under separate terms and fees.
17. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Anderson Moggs may suspend or terminate membership where a Member:
fails to pay amounts properly due;
materially breaches these Terms;
improperly shares membership access or intellectual property;
seriously or repeatedly violates the Code of Conduct;
engages in unlawful activity in connection with FAST FRWD; or
acts in a way that materially compromises the safety, integrity or operation of FAST FRWD.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may first provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Termination for a Member’s material breach does not automatically entitle the Member to a refund.
18. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP AND THESE TERMS
FAST FRWD will continue to evolve.
Anderson Moggs may modify membership programming, features, benefits, partners, delivery methods and these Terms from time to time.
If we make a material change to these Terms that affects an existing Member’s rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect where required or appropriate.
Changes to future membership fees will be communicated before the applicable renewal.
19. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider.
Members agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorize applicable charges in accordance with the membership and renewal terms presented at the time of purchase.
Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
20. DISCLAIMERS
FAST FRWD membership and its content, resources, tools and programming are provided for business information, education and advisory purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anderson Moggs makes no warranties regarding specific commercial outcomes arising from membership or reliance on membership content.
Members are responsible for obtaining appropriate legal, financial, accounting, tax or other professional advice where required.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANDERSON MOGGS, INC. BE LIABLE TO A MEMBER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, COSTS OF DELAY, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, FAST FRWD MEMBERSHIP OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANDERSON MOGGS, INC.’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED, IN THE AGGREGATE, THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID TO ANDERSON MOGGS, INC. BY THE MEMBER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, PLUS REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AWARDED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
The Member will indemnify and hold harmless Anderson Moggs, Inc. from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, fees, fines, penalties and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to the Member’s material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, misuse of FAST FRWD membership or materials, or unlawful, negligent or wrongful act or omission in connection with its participation in FAST FRWD.
23. GOVERNING LAW AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES
The laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law principles, shall govern all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or FAST FRWD membership, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement.
In any adversarial proceedings between the parties arising out of these Terms or FAST FRWD membership, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party, in addition to any other relief awarded, all expenses that the prevailing party incurs in those proceedings, including attorneys’ fees and expenses.
24. GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by Anderson Moggs to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
Members may not transfer or assign their membership or rights under these Terms without our written consent.
These Terms, together with any additional terms specifically presented at checkout or expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing FAST FRWD membership.
