This Privacy Policy explains how Anderson Moggs, Inc. (“Anderson Moggs,” “we,” “us” or “our”), the operator of FAST FRWD (“FAST FRWD”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit the FAST FRWD website, become a FAST FRWD member, participate in FAST FRWD programming or otherwise interact with us.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • name;

  • business or agency name;

  • job title and professional information;

  • email address;

  • telephone number, where provided;

  • billing address;

  • information relating to your FAST FRWD membership;

  • communications and correspondence with us;

  • information you submit through FAST FRWD forms, surveys, diagnostics or other tools;

  • questions or information submitted for Growth Bench sessions or other programming; and

  • other information you choose to provide to us.

When you purchase a FAST FRWD membership, payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We may receive information relating to the transaction, such as payment status, payment method type and billing information, but we do not directly store complete payment card or bank account details.

We may also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, such as your browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages and information about how you interact with the website.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

  • provide and administer FAST FRWD membership;

  • process membership purchases and renewals;

  • communicate with Members and their representatives;

  • provide access to membership benefits, programming and resources;

  • administer Growth Bench sessions, Deep Dives and other programming;

  • provide SIGNAL diagnostics and related outputs;

  • create, maintain and administer Matchy profiles and relevant opportunities;

  • provide Member Intelligence and other FAST FRWD content;

  • manage third-party member benefits and partner relationships;

  • respond to questions, requests and support needs;

  • improve FAST FRWD, our website, services, programming and member experience;

  • understand how our website and services are used;

  • maintain the security and integrity of our systems and services;

  • prevent fraud, misuse or unlawful activity;

  • comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations; and

  • enforce our Membership Terms and other agreements.

We may also use contact information to communicate with you about FAST FRWD news, programming, benefits, events or related Team Uncommon services where permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those communications.

3. SIGNAL

FAST FRWD membership may include access to SIGNAL, a self-serve growth diagnostic.

Information submitted through SIGNAL may be processed to analyze an agency’s growth capabilities, identify potential opportunities or challenges and generate diagnostic results, recommendations or reports.

SIGNAL may use third-party technology and artificial intelligence service providers to process information and generate analysis.

Members should not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential client information or other information they are not authorized to provide through SIGNAL.

4. MATCHY

FAST FRWD membership may include the creation or maintenance of a Matchy agency profile.

Information provided by a Member may be used to create and maintain that profile, assess agency capabilities and suitability, and identify potential opportunities or matches with brands.

Where appropriate, relevant agency information may be disclosed to prospective clients or other parties in connection with potential Matchy opportunities.

FAST FRWD membership does not guarantee that an agency will be recommended or matched through Matchy.

5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary to operate FAST FRWD and provide our services, including:

  • payment processors such as Stripe;

  • website hosting and technology providers;

  • CRM, communications and email providers;

  • analytics and operational service providers;

  • artificial intelligence and technology providers used in connection with SIGNAL or other FAST FRWD services;

  • FAST FRWD and Team Uncommon personnel, advisors and contractors who require access to perform services;

  • selected FAST FRWD partners where necessary to provide or activate a Member benefit;

  • professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants and insurers; and

  • government authorities or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users or services.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, restructuring or other transfer of all or part of our business or assets.

We do not disclose personal information to third-party partners simply because they are FAST FRWD partners. Information will be disclosed where necessary to provide a requested benefit, where you direct or authorize us to do so, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

6. SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Anderson Moggs does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We do not intend to disclose personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices or notices required by applicable law.

7. WEBSITE ANALYTICS AND TECHNOLOGIES

We use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand how visitors use the FAST FRWD website.

Framer’s built-in analytics are designed to operate without cookies or persistent identifiers. They may provide aggregated information such as page views, visitor counts, referral sources, countries, device types, browsers and website interactions.

We may also use other website, analytics or technology providers from time to time. If we introduce tools that use cookies or similar tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide membership services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and why it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies and practices.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

FAST FRWD is a business-to-business service intended for professional users and is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through FAST FRWD.

13. INTERNATIONAL USERS

FAST FRWD is operated from the United States.

If you access FAST FRWD from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to FAST FRWD, our information practices, technology or applicable law.
